Registered Social Worker providing both in-person and virtual therapeutic support to individuals across Ontario. Specializing in working with survivors of domestic abuse, coercive control, and relational trauma, including a particular focus on supporting neurodivergent adults who may have experienced these forms of abuse. Committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and trauma-informed space where clients can safely explore the impact of past and present experiences, strengthen self-trust, build self-esteem, reclaim their identities, and begin healing.
On a personal note, I am the mother of four wonderfully unique neurodiverse children and the stepmother of one inspirational neurotypical young adult. They challenge me every day to grow and become a better person. Making change can be difficult and often scary, but through commitment and hard work, growth and empowerment follow. I would be honoured to accompany you on that journey.
