Couples/Relationship Psychotherapy

Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, understand each other better, and work through challenges together. In a safe and neutral space, a therapist helps both people express their thoughts and feelings, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationship. It's about working as a team to grow and reconnect—or learn to move forward amicably if separating is the best choice.

Family Psychotherapy

Family therapy helps family members communicate better, understand each other, and work through conflicts in a healthy way. With support from a therapist, families can build stronger connections, solve problems together, and move toward acceptance and a more balanced, supportive home environment.

I offer therapeutic support to youth, adults, couples, parents, and families experiencing challenges. I take a client-centered approach as I support you through your journey of personal discovery, empowerment, self-reflection, and growth.

I aim to create a nonjudgmental, empathetic, safe, and collaborative space where you feel empowered to heal and grow. I employ an integrative strategy using a variety of modalities to suit your individual needs.

I draw from both my professional and personal experiences to support individuals, couples, and families experiencing challenges with anxiety, ADHD, Autism, emotional regulation, parenting, narcissistic partnerships, grief and loss, and trauma.

Making change can be difficult and often scary, but through commitment and hard work comes growth and hope. I would be honoured to accompany you on that journey.
