Individual Psychotherapy - Adult (18+)
Client-centered therapy emphasizes the individual's innate capacity for growth and self-understanding. In a supportive and non-judgmental environment, adults are encouraged to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. The therapist acts as a compassionate facilitator, offering empathy, safety, and a supportive presence. This approach empowers adults to gain greater self-awareness, overcome personal challenges, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Youth Psychotherapy (Ages 12-17 years)
Youth therapy helps teens work through challenges in a safe, supportive space. Whether they’re dealing with stress, anxiety, big emotions, family changes, social issues, or trauma, therapy gives them a chance to talk, play, or express themselves in ways that feel natural. The therapist builds trust, listens without judgment, and helps them learn healthy ways to cope, grow, heal, and feel more confident.
Couples/Relationship Psychotherapy
Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, understand each other better, and work through challenges together. In a safe and neutral space, a therapist helps both people express their thoughts and feelings, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationship. It's about working as a team to grow and reconnect—or learn to move forward amicably if separating is the best choice.
Family Psychotherapy
Family therapy helps family members communicate better, understand each other, and work through conflicts in a healthy way. With support from a therapist, families can build stronger connections, solve problems together, and move toward acceptance and a more balanced, supportive home environment.
